Wide open rockfish and lingcod

Great weather and biting fish at the Farallon Islands today. We saw a group of bonito crash next to the boat and landed a couple of them on jigs. A mako shark hung out with us picking off some of our rockfish. The fishing was great with an easy limit of rockfish (mostly big blues and yellows) and a quality limit of Lingcod for 11 anglers. We’ve got one more weekend of rockfish and lingcod before we switch to rockfish crab combos on November 7th.
